Hendrik Esser shares from his experience with facilitating mindset change, including several examples of different kinds of people and groups of people he encountered and how he facilitated change.
Hendrik Esser joined Ericsson Germany in 1994 as a SW developer. He became a Technical Coordinator in 1996 and then the “COO” of one of Ericsson’s large development units. In 2008 he was a key driver to the Agile transition of their organization. He also works as a trainer for Product Development Leadership within Ericsson.
